Above all, we’re guided by our commitment to instilling a relentless love for the game in each athlete. We strive to create a positive environment that empowers each athlete to embrace challenges, take risks, and push themselves as they learn and develop.
On the field, we believe in developing the whole player: technically sharp and tactically savvy.
- We emphasize skill development at all stages, building a strong technical foundation in each athlete.
- As athletes progress, we look to develop their tactical IQ - everything from field awareness and decision-making under pressure to game management and positioning.
Our ultimate goal is that all RFHC athletes gain skills and knowledge through their experiences on the field hockey field that will set them up for success in all other arenas of life.
